On Wednesday, 18th October 2023, the Head of Mission of The French Embassy in Banjul, Mr Jean-Charles Allard, paid a visit to His Excellency, The Vice President of The Republic of The Gambia, Mohammed B.S Jallow, in his office at State House.
Fruitful discussions were made on strengthening The Gambia-France relationship and further bilateral cooperation.
Mr Jean-Charles was delighted to meet the Vice President and commended the significant strides made by The Gambia Government in improving democracy. Furthermore, Mr Allard related to our Vice President his desire to improve cooperation in the field of agriculture. The Vice President was pleased by the visit and affirmed the government's commitment towards firming The Gambia-France relationship and improving bilateral cooperation between both countries.
